PIZZOCOLO mountain – Toscolano Maderno (Bs) ACCESS
when you have reached Toscolano Maderno village,
you go on the left (if you arrive from Brescia) and then up to Gaino
village. Take the route for Fiume Toscolano valley up to Camerate village,
where there is a bridge and you can park the car (on your right you will
see the Camerate cliff).
Continue by walk, cross the bridge and at the first bend, follow the route which is closed by a barrier up to the green house. On the left side of this house starts a trail that in some points is also equipped. Pass the slope up to the walls. You can reach the walls in 30 minutes by walk. INFOs:
It is called “Placca dei Cremonesi”, offers
more or less 40 clip ups and some routes with several lengths, most of
them over 6a, divided in 5 areas (I Pilastro, II Pilastro, Maghi, Parete
Grigia and Paretone).
Good climate and exposure make possible the
attendance all over the year.

There are also some “routes” which go through the crest and arrive up to the summit, that are alpine routes. We will give you specific information as soon as possible.
FUN & PLEASURE:
The creek’s water is a real pleasure at the end of the day; you can have a quick lunch by the new Restaurant in Gaino (by the village entrance), on the right, near the parking.
